Fat Burning Food - Green Vegetables
Mom always said " eat your green vegetables ," and
he was right !
Green vegetables are great fat burning foods . They produce a
negative calorie effect , which means it takes more calories to digest green
vegetables than they contain .
Green vegetables , as well as produce a "therm organic
effect" that I spoke of before. All it means is that it creates an
increase in metabolic rate is based on the amount of heat generated in the
process of digestion.
This makes green vegetables are one of the top fat burning

has foliate and protects against colon cancer , stroke and heart disease,
Broccoli is probably one of my favorite green vegetables. It
